Adrian Fiergolski 4f2fde0163 avtp: rvf: add AVTP RVF payload support
Add AVTP Raw Video Format payload support. The element supports only GRAY16_LE
input format, so:
- active pixels (no vertical blanking),
- progressive mode,
- 8 and 16-bit pixel depth,
- mono pixel format,
- grayscale colorspace.
