Mengkejiergeli Ba 471f3b3b93 msdkcontext: Remove unused codes in msdkcontext
We don't maintain three list (i.e. avail, locked and used) surfaces
as the old way did to achieve memory management, so remove the
correcponding codes for old memory management.
