Changes to gstreamer-config to include gtk+ libs
manual changes: queues, threads, programs
gsteditor does not crash anymore.
gstpipline new should return a GstElement *
fixed ac3dec for new getbits
fixes to gstreamer-launch
more efficient startup for gstplay.
