Guillaume Desmottes 53c5bc069c introduce ges_deinit() 
GstDiscoverer objects were leaked by tests making the leaks detector
unusable.
Introduce ges_deinit(), similiar to gst_deinit(), doing some cleanup
before exiting the process.
