Sebastian Dröge 51689aaf23 [MOVED FROM BAD 54/56] deinterlace2: Make it possible to select interlacing autodetection or to enfore deinterlacing ... For this add a "mode" property that defaults to "interlaced" for now as most decoders/demuxers don't properly set the "interlaced" field on the caps yet.
