Sebastian Dröge 4a4eb56fc2 rtspsrc: Optionally timestamp RTP packets with their receive times in TCP/HTTP mode ... Until https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/6509 this was accidentally done inside rtpjitterbuffer for many years, and doing so potentially solves problems on some streams while introducing problems on others.
