Sebastian Dröge 494b2cb1a7 decodebin2: Cache the upstream seekability for demuxer decode chains and use it for the non-preroll multiqueue limits ... After preroll the multiqueue limits are still set to the preroll limits if use-buffering is set to TRUE.
