Jan Alexander Steffens (heftig) a73ede42cf flvmux: Correct time types
- last_dts is in milliseconds, not nanoseconds as expected for
  GstClockTime. Make it a generic guint64.
- Use GstClockTime for the fields that actually contain nanoseconds.
  None of them should become negative.
