47bbc997f8
Capture the timestamp immediately when new frame is arrived, instead of doing that on ::create() method. There would be time gap between captured time and outputting time. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad/-/merge_requests/1351>
