Original commit message from CVS: * common/as-libtool.mak: Fine-tune DLL building. * configure.ac: Link plugins against libgstreamer. Define plugindir (like gst-plugins) * examples/plugins/Makefile.am: remove plugindir * gst/autoplug/Makefile.am: DLL building fixes * gst/elements/Makefile.am: DLL building fixes.
