Thibault Saunier 3637296ee9 videoaggregator: Do not to release VIDEO_AGGREGATOR_LOCK while setting format info ... We should be able to always keep the VIDEO_AGGREGATOR_LOCK while negotiating caps, this patch introduce that change.
