Original commit message from CVS:
Patch by: Peter Kjellerstedt <pkj at axis com>
* Makefile.am:
gst-element-check.m4 is generated and should therefore be
copied from the build dir rather than the source dir ().
'make distcheck' hasn't noticed this because we were disting
the file as well, so stop doing that.
