Jan Schmidt 26acd70c74 dvbsubenc: fixed some memory leaks and a crash
Fix leaks of internal GstBuffers, and a crash if subtitle segments end
up empty.

Based on a patch by Jurijs Satcs <jurijs.satcs@veset.tv>
