Try this:

./gst-launch dvdnavsrc location=/dev/dvd ! dvddemux .current_video ! { queue ! mpeg2dec ! xvimagesink } dvddemux0.current_audio ! { queue ! a52dec ! osssink }

You can give title, chapter, and angle parameters to dvdnavsrc.
