Jan Schmidt ba8f14e922 adaptivedemux2: Implement send_event() vfunc 
Handle select-streams and seek events in an element
level send_event() vfunc, so they can be received
before any source pads are created.

This allows preferred streams to be selected before
segment downloading starts.
