gst-plugins

plugins for GStreamer

* to develop against uninstalled GStreamer core :
  add path to gstreamer-uninstalled.pc to PKG_CONFIG_PATH

* to register plugins in source tree
  run gstreamer-register --gst-plugin-path=.
