Wim Taymans 0e1d6c0011 avcodecmap: only restrict caps on encoders ... We only want to restrict the channels/rate and width/height on the encoder pads. For decoders can't assume that the input caps contain channels/rate or width/height so we need to accept everything.		2012-07-10 15:47:01 +02:00
