This gives more accurate results and can compensate for segments correctly. Make a queue by default only 5 buffers deep. We will now increase the buffer size depending on the filledness of the other queues. Factor out commong flush code. Make sure we don't add additional refcounts to buffers when we can avoid it. Propagate GstFlowReturn differently. Use GSlice for intermediate GstMultiQueueItems. Keep track of EOS. Resize queues on over and underruns based on filled level of other queues.
