Thibault Saunier 1a111e95eb validate: Allow overriding ges-launch options through scenarios
In 99c45d42cf we allowed setting
track-types but in the end we could do it generically using the
following synthax in the scenario 'properties' metadata:

`ges-options={--track-types=video,--disable-mixing}`
