Tim-Philipp Müller 04c392fa7d Release 0.10.35
This is an ad-hoc release that is almost identical to 0.10.34:

 * work around GLib atomic ops API change
 * don't use G_CONST_RETURN in public headers
 * subparse: typefinding fixes for subtitles in non-UTF8 charsets
