Patricia Muscalu 048e24a7c6 rtsp-stream: Don't require address pool in the transport specific case 
If "transport.client-settings" parameter is set to true, the client is
allowed to specify destination, ports and ttl.
There is no need for pre-configured address pool.

gst-rtsp-server is a library on top of GStreamer for building an RTSP server

There are some examples in the examples/ directory and more comprehensive
documentation in docs/README.
