inconsequential leaks.
* gst/gstregistry.c (gst_registry_get_default): Doc.
* gst/gsttypefindfactory.c (gst_type_find_factory_call_function):
* gst/gstelementfactory.c (gst_element_factory_create):
* gst/gstindexfactory.c (gst_index_factory_create): Update for
refcount changes.
