Remove the android/ top dir
Fixe the Makefile.am to be androgenized
To build gstreamer for android we are now using androgenizer which generates the needed Android.mk files.

Port VCD parser (formerly cdxastrip) from 0.8 to 0.10. Doesn't do
anything the 0.8 version didn't do though.
