Stefan Kost 4e379a4e59 tests: allow running state tests for all elements 
Now one can use GST_NO_STATE_IGNORE_ELEMENTS=1 make generic/states.check
to try elements that would normaly be skipped.

analyzer. This include marking several symbols static, using
NULL instead of 0 for pointers and using "foo (void)" instead
of "foo ()" for declarations.
