f48c1f9fc3 gst/synaesthesia/gstsynaesthesia.c: Fix up synaesthesia to work under different samplerates/ buffer sizes.

Fix up synaesthesia to work under different samplerates/ buffer sizes.
Force 320x200 output, as that's the only thing the underlying
synaesthesia implementation supports. Still needs to be made
re-entrant.

Works like goom: reads audio in, and outputs raw video.
It currently works for a short time, and then freezes: I've no idea why.
But at least it works a little. ;-)
