Stéphane Cerveau 891be51105 gst-plugins: allow per feature registration 
Split plugin into features including
dynamic types which can be indiviually
registered during a static build.

Nicolas Dufresne 4261692187 Remove plugin specific static build option 
Static and dynamic plugins now have the same interface. The standard
--enable-static/--enable-shared toggle are sufficient.

Thibault Saunier 17fd7ebcb4 android: make it ready for androgenizer 
Remove the android/ top dir
Fixe the Makefile.am to be androgenized

To build gstreamer for android we are now using androgenizer which generates the needed Android.mk files.
