97973f1eba Remove the GESKeyFileFormatter 
It was using deprecated URI, and can not be used in real life anymore.

Also remove the ges_formatter_default_new method ges_formatter_new_for_uri
that are useless now

62a3a7ed8c android: make it ready for androgenizer 
Remove the android/ top dir
Fixe the Makefile.am to be androgenized

To build gstreamer for android we are now using androgenizer which generates the needed Android.mk files.
