1d23930cd7 wavpackdec: fix taglist memory leak 
When passing the taglist to gst_audio_decoder_merge_tags, the reference is increased
by audiodecoder and the caller should free the taglist being passed.

a1aa942acf audioencoders: use template subset check for accept-caps 
It is faster than doing a query that propagates downstream and

d9c2914c90 g_memmove() is deprecated 
Just use plain memmove(), g_memmove() is deprecated in
recent GLib versions.

a5144cbba0 wavpackdec: adjust to audio format limitations 
... which does not allow expressing arbitrary depth in a GstAudioFormat.

Also adjust unit test to modified behaviour.

0723928e8b wavpackdec: determine depth from bytes per sample 
... rather than from bits per sample, since spec states values are already
left justified w.r.t. bits per sample but not w.r.t. bytes per sample
(and so the latter determines the normalization, or indicated depth).

b8b8454bcb Suppress deprecation warnings in selected files, for g_static_rec_mutex_* mostly 
GStaticRecMutex is part of our API/ABI, not much we can do here
