9eaccf6550 dshowvideosink: Return ASYNC appropriately from change_state.
Make sure we don't do the wrong thing when our base class is returning
ASYNC in state changes.

2e401cc71d Handle many more edge cases in dshowvideosink.
Instrument various codepaths with debug messages.
Handle (as best as I could see how - it's pretty nasty) moving a video
window to another monitor.
Add listening for directshow events.

d1d7fb884d Add a new win32 videosink. Uses the DirectShow renderers for high-performance video rendering on win32.

Add a new win32 videosink. Uses the DirectShow renderers for
high-performance video rendering on win32.
Currently only supports some YUV formats.
Rank PRIMARY, since it's much more useful for the common cases that the
directdraw sink (which only does RGB).
