Support for (nullable) was added to G-I at the same time as nullable
return values. Previous versions of G-I will not mark return values as
nullable, even when an (allow-none) annotation is present, so it is
not necessary to add (allow-none) annotations for compatibility with
older versions of G-I.

Make GstPluginFeature opaque until we have time to
clean it up a little. Only GstElementFactory and
GstTypefindFactory derive from it, and they are
opaque already, and we currently don't support
custom plugin features in the registry anyway.
It's only used internally anyway and the helper struct
has namespace issues.

Returning a newly allocated string makes no sense. It's unexpected for a
getter, and also this behaves differently in 0.10, so it would make future
merges harder.
Except for these two places here in core which were updated for the new
semantic, the return value is getting leaked all over the place.
The feature name is not supposed to change over time anyway. In order to enforce
this parentize features to the registry and make the feature->name pointing to
GstObject:name. In 0.11 we could consider of removing the feature->name variable
(FIXME comment added).

implement URI schemes
Elements can now register as a source or sink for a protocol and applications can use gst_element_make_from_uri () to get an element that handles a given URI.
This patch provides:
- removal of old broken URI handling scheme.
- new URI handling using interfaces.
- updates for registry to save handled URIs.
- interface for URI handlers.
- implementation of that in filesrc and filesink for the file:// URI
- extension to pipeline parsing to allow specifying only a URI instead of element
