f0645b79c5 avidemux: proper position reporting and push mode timestamping 
... and align current_total semantics in push and pull mode,
which tracks bytes for CBR and blocks for VBR.

This reverts commit c6b9f5b25a.

fourcc GST_RIFF_rgb = 0 still leads to raw uncompressed rgb caps.

f879e4e0f0 avidemux: fix header parsing in push mode 
Fix 'break' that got warped to the wrong place,
probably as part of a merge. Fixes GST_IS_BUFFER
criticals in parse_idit() when being accidentally
passed a NULL buffer because of the missing break.

Date tags are GDate, not strings. Add a special case to convert
it to the exif date format representation in string to avoid

cdb905efe0 avidemux: avi only knows about DTS 
Only set DTS on outgoing buffers unless we have a keyframe and then we can set
the PTS to DTS as well.

f4506d5181 avidemux: fix wrong stride when inverting uncompressed video 
Such frames have a stride multiple of 4, see
http://lscube.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-issues/2010-April/010247.html.

This showed up on a sample using a odd width of 24 bit video.
