64eee27ebc Use GST_*_1_0 environment variables everywhere 
The _1_0 suffixed environment variables override the
non-suffixed ones, so if we're in an environment that
sets the _1_0 suffixed ones, such as jhbuild, we need
to set those to make sure ours actually always get
used.

073c09afe0 g-i: fix "can't resolve libraries to shared libraries: gstcheck-1.0" build error 
Revert --library=libfoo-1.0.la -> --library=foo-1.0 change made
in previous commit. Turns out that was wrong, despite what the
man page says.

21a74a6b79 libs: g-i: avoid multiple libraries in the shared-library tag 
Using multiple libraries causes problems for the C# bindings and
will for similiar languages such as Java when there are bindings
for them.

Also change --library=libgstfoo-X.la to --library=gstfoo-X as
the man page suggests it should be done.

588cdcd369 libs: New growing-only queue. 
This is a queue which has the same API as GQueue, except that:
* It uses an array, instead of a doubled-linked-list
* The array can only grow.

This code is not-threadsafe. It is up to the owner to make sure the
proper locking is taken before calling this API.

b0d89da6b6 gst: Change versioning 
Remove GST_MAJORMINOR and replace it by GST_API_VERSION
Also set GST_VERSION_{MAJOR,MINOR,MICRO,NANO} explicitely
now.

All versions are at 1.0.0 now for the release soon but
API/ABI can still change until the 1.0.0 release.

Next release versions until 1.0.0 will be 0.10.9X and
these will be release candidates. GST_VERSION_* will
nonetheless stay at 1.0.0.0.

be04f3945c index: remove GstIndex and GstIndexFactory for now 
There are many good use cases for GstIndex and we want
to add it back again in some form, but possibly not with
the current API, which is very powerful (maybe too powerful),
but also a bit confusing. At the very least we'd need to
make the API bindings-friendly.

6f231f89d6 base: Add collectpads2 
This handles muxing of sparse/subtitle streams and has
lots of cleanup. Still missing is special support for
live streams but this can be added later without breaking
API/ABI.

Based on the version from the videomixer plugin.

434e7042d8 base: make GstDataQueue private API for multiqueue 
There's no code that uses it other than multiqueue, so make it private
to multiqueue for now. That way we can also do optimisations that
require API/ABI breaks. If anyone ever wants to use it, we can still
make it public again.

3f1ef2255a android: make it ready for androgenizer 
Remove the android/ top dir
Fixe the Makefile.am to be androgenized

To build gstreamer for android we are now using androgenizer which generates the needed Android.mk files.

It's not quite clear to me why g-ir-scanner doesn't get this info from
the pkg-config file, nor why libtool doesn't get it from the .la.

f9204d5d70 build: use new AG_GST_PKG_CONFIG_PATH m4 macro from common 
Sets up a GST_PKG_CONFIG_PATH variable for use in Makefile.am
(avoids trailing ':' in PKG_CONFIG_PATH used). A useful side
effect of this is also that the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment
is now logged in the configure output.

c4a4f2dad2 libs: point gobject-introspection scanner to .la files 
Point g-ir-scanner to the .la file of our library, which hopefully
makes it find the right dependencies in all cases (ie. our locally
built libgstreamer and not the system-installed one). This is also
how it's done in Gtk+ and how it's documented in the wiki, see
http://live.gnome.org/GObjectIntrospection/AutotoolsIntegration

Based on patches by Vincent Untz and Alan Knowles.

Fixes #603710.

8cc7274163 libs: fix PKG_CONFIG_PATH used when calling gobject-introspection scanner 
Our own pkgconfig directory should come first, so that pkg-config uses
the in-tree libgstreamer and not some external one when --pkg=gstreamer-0.10
is passed to g-ir-scanner.
