d7c589122b testegl: properly detect and use rpi specific libs 
Use pkg-config to detect and configure rpi specific libs used in testegl
rather than hardcoding their flags.

71ddf32df9 example: port testegl.c to desktop 
Will be easier to maintain.

Also uniformize autotool build with meson build which is
already retrieving the gl libs.
