6da14d0c41 videomixer: Optimize ARGB blending and implement BGRA blending with orc 
This now means, that we have absolutely no handwritten assembly anymore
in videomixer and it's also faster now when using SSE.

747070b475 configure: Check if the compiler supports ISO C89 or C99 and which parameters are required 
This first checks what is required for ISO C99 support and sets the relevant
compiler parameters and if no C99 compiler is found, it checks for a
C89 compiler. This enables us to check for and use C89/C99 functions
that gcc hides from us without the correct compiler parameters.

d1754f05c4 Revert "gdkpixbuf: Add a gdkpixbuf3 plugin that uses gdkpixbuf3" 
This reverts commit b678815316.

There's no gdk-pixbuf3 anymore. gdk-pixbuf was separated from GTK+
and will stay at version 2.0 for GTK+ 3.0.

246f5dba96
Apparently gcc warns that GstMiniObject is not castable to
GstEvent/Message/Buffer due to them containing 64bit variables, even
though ARM hackers claim that those only need 4byte alignment. And as
long as gcc behaves that way, this warning is not very useful.

So we'll remove the warning until this problem is fixed.

21f66635e8 Update for recent changes to common submodule 
This just replaces every "$ERROR_CFLAGS" usage with a usage of
"$WARNING_CFLAGS $ERROR_CFLAGS" to get the same functionality as
previously.

Actually using that separation will happen later.

3a52d21f95 configure: fix up GST_CXXFLAGS properly 
We don't want C specific flags in GST_CXXFLAGS, so base it on the
GST_CFLAGS that only contains the pkg-config CFLAGS but none of
the GST_OPTION_CFLAGS. Also, we only need the local includes once.
Fix typo as well (GST_FLAGS -> GST_CFLAGS).

8866c7ca8d configure: base GST_CXXFLAGS on --cflags from pkg-config 
pkg-config sets GST_CFLAGS and GST_LIBS. We need to use CFLAGS as a starting
