conservatively. Reason that we *have* to enable this is smiply
because the mad find_sync() function is not good enough, it will

changes in a row before we change caps.

(gst_ogg_mux_loop):
Fix an ugly memleak where the muxer didn't flush enough ogg
pages. This also resulted in badly muxed ogg files.
