Since event types don't fit in the guint8 anymore describing
the payload type, make payload type 16 bits wide.

16e05084df Remove GST_DEBUG_FUNCPTR where they're pointless 
There's not much point in using GST_DEBUG_FUNCPTR with GObject
virtual functions such as get_property, set_propery, finalize and
dispose, since they'll never be used by anyone anyway. Saves a
few bytes and possibly a sixteenth of a polar bear.

titles. Drop mentining that all our example pipelines are "simple"
pipelines.
