b68d936ae0 Remove plugin specific static build option 
Static and dynamic plugins now have the same interface. The standard
--enable-static/--enable-shared toggle are sufficient.

b541208b77 android: Make it ready for androgenizer 
Remove the android/ top dir
Fixe the Makefile.am to be androgenized

To build gstreamer for android we are now using androgenizer which generates the needed Android.mk files.

2abd58de9d effectv: Add rippletv element 
This produces a water ripple effect on the video input,
based on motion or a rain drop algorithm.

2c2611b6bf effect: Add optv effect filter from the effectv project 
This filter binarizes input frames and combines them with various
optical pattern.
