6228872df7 videodecoder: Rename from get_qos_info() to get_qos_proportion() 
And only return the proportion. The earliest time already can be
retrieved from get_max_decode_time() and by renaming we allow this
to be more extensible in the future.

ed6d46e156 video: Rename gst_video_codec_frame_set_hook() to gst_video_codec_frame_set_user_data() 
And also add a getter and allow to set NULL user_data but still call
the passed destroy notify.

40a4f2f8aa audiodecoder: Rename _byte_time() to _estimate_rate() 
Which is telling more about what this actually does and is more
consistent with the video base classes.
