4da6cd7c36 qtmux: fix reusing element 
State change to READY and then back to PAUSED should still provide
the proper structures as are otherwise freshly available following
a request_new_pad.

Remove the android/ top dir
Fixe the Makefile.am to be androgenized

To build gstreamer for android we are now using androgenizer which generates the needed Android.mk files.
