Sebastian Dröge b0b971ff32 examples: Link rtpool-test to libpthread for using the POSIX threads 
Also the other streams example can run without pthreads therefore
enable it even if pthreads are not available.

Fixes bug #592314.

Wim Taymans 4cc2e05629 tests: add example of custom taskpools 
Add an example to demonstrate the use of a custom taskpool and how to configure
it on the task. Currently the taskpool does not do much yet but it'll create
some custom threads later on.
