GCC 10 was complaining like following. It really is complaining about default cases returning
with potentially unitialized *desval, but those cases in the switch should never be hit.

Building with Meson should work on both Linux and Windows, but may
need a few more tweaks on other operating systems.

Fixe the Makefile.am to be androgenized
To build gstreamer for android we are now using androgenizer which generates the needed Android.mk files.

Link to properties. Correct titles for examples. Document a few trivial cases. Keep lists in section file and docs/plugins/Makefile.am alphabetically ordered.
