Added docs (not yet added to gst-plugins-ugl/docs/plugins as plugin is not

* don't link plugins to core libs -- the versioning is done internally to the plugins with the plugin_info struct,
and symbol resolution is lazy, so we can always know if a plugin can be loaded by the plugin_info data. in theory.

Initial rough version of new synaesthesia plugin.
Works like goom: reads audio in, and outputs raw video.
It currently works for a short time, and then freezes: I've no idea why.
But at least it works a little. ;-)
