converted to using getopt
dropped autogen- prefix from autogen options since options for configure
can now be given after putting -- on the cmd line
added with-autoconf and with-automake to help michael out
this all needs some testing
plus a few changes in other modules as well

problem I was having with playback freezing while playing some files with
visualisers.

Works like goom: reads audio in, and outputs raw video.
It currently works for a short time, and then freezes: I've no idea why.
But at least it works a little. ;-)
