7eac4c7c03 avidemux: fix seqnum handling for seeks 
Use the same seqnum as the seek for flushes/segments that are
caused by the seek. Also do the same for segment events

f0645b79c5 avidemux: proper position reporting and push mode timestamping 
... and align current_total semantics in push and pull mode,
which tracks bytes for CBR and blocks for VBR.

This reverts commit c6b9f5b25a.

fourcc GST_RIFF_rgb = 0 still leads to raw uncompressed rgb caps.

f879e4e0f0 avidemux: fix header parsing in push mode 
Fix 'break' that got warped to the wrong place,
probably as part of a merge. Fixes GST_IS_BUFFER
criticals in parse_idit() when being accidentally
passed a NULL buffer because of the missing break.
