David Schleef	e98fc783c8	invtelecine: Add invtelecine element ... Automatic inverse telecine element. Right now, it clumsily attempts to rearrange video fields into frames that don't have combing effects, and only works with 60i/24p content at 720x480. Later, it will handle other pulldown variations, change caps and smooth timestamps appropriately.	2010-03-09 12:34:36 -08:00
