Sebastian Dröge 282479b443 videoparse: Only provide very fundamental caps in the pad template 
We can't easily know which caps will can be used because we rely on
libgstvideo's support for video formats.

Also make RGB usage easier by providing xRGB, RGBx, etc. formats
instead of requiring to set red_mask and friends.

David Schleef ef5e486fcd Add interlaced support to videoparse 
Add a virtual method in rawparse to set buffer flags.  This doesn't
use API from unreleased -base, since it defines GST_VIDEO_BUFFER_TFF
if it's not defined yet.

Jan Schmidt 2014b7f498 Make RGB masks unsigned in rawvideoparse 
Allow the full range of 32 bit masks for RGBA/RGB data by making sure
the mask properties are unsigned.
