371e3e460a audio: GST_EXPORT -> GST_AUDIO_API 
We need different export decorators for the different libs.
For now no actual change though, just rename before the release,
and add prelude headers to define the new decorator to GST_EXPORT.

1e64667fe0 libs: There is no G_TYPE_CHECK_INTERFACE_TYPE and G_TYPE_CHECK_INTERFACE_CAST 
Remove the macros that used them, nobody could've used them anyway.
