Only plugin entry points should be exported.
Currently plugins might export more symbols with
the meson build, as we don't have the exports
regexp there that we pass to libtool.
Workaround source_root being the root directory of all projects
in the subproject case and remove now unneeded getpluginsdir
Bump meson requirement to 0.35

Building with Meson should work on both Linux and Windows, but may
need a few more tweaks on other operating systems.
