Jochen Henneberg	73c61784d4	audiorate: Account for in buffer samples if fill samples are added ... If fill buffers are added to compensate for missing samples the input buffer is pushed as well and has to be added to output samples count. This ensure that add - drop == out - in. Xavier Claessens	bfc4812bbe	audiorate: convert next_ts to new segment instead of restarting from 0 ... When receiving a new segment we should not restart PTS from the new segment' start.
