Mathieu Duponchelle	2f8b0f1e34	encoding: fix EOS handling in streamsplitter / combiner. ... This commit adds a streamcombinerpad with an is_eos field. When streamcombiner receives an EOS on one of its pads, it forwards it all its other pads are EOS. This commit also removes the notion of "stream-switching-eos".	2013-07-21 20:25:54 -04:00
